They got me out of a mess!
Derek Dawson and Aaron Ocquaye were superb. We had an issue with a non-paying tenant and I (unsuccessfully) tried to go to court to sort it out myself. After having the case thrown out, Derek sorted it all out and took complete ownership of the process. Very easy, reassuring and stress free at the end.

Very helpful, professional and efficient
I recently faced redundancy for the first time and had very limited understanding/knowledge of the process. Derek Dawson was recommended to me by a colleague and it was the best recommendation that could have been given to me. Compared to the rest of my colleagues, my experience has been seamless, easy and straight-forward. From the first call, Derek clearly explained my rights, what to look out for and supported me through the entire process with all the questions, queries that I had. He kept me informed of days that he was unavailable which also helped in managing my expectations and those throughout the redundancy with the company.

Excellent service from Mr Dawson

contentious probate
My experience with Morecrofts was a very positive one. from the outset they were professional and helpful. The advice given turned out to be accurate and ultimately resulted in a positive outcome. The team were sympathetic and guided me through the whole process without drama.
Having never experienced anything like this before I didn't really know what to expect. With their experience and knowledge the whole process was explained to me stage by stage with every option explained. This enabled me to make considered decisions which resulted in a satisfactory conclusion.

Good resolution
Derek was very easy to talk to and helpful.
He listened to my concerns and wishes and negotiated the minefield of tenancy law to help both the landlord and the tenant to achieve a resolution with the least amount of pain for both.
Would definitely recommend.
