    The Sale of Dale House

    I found Sarah and the team excellent in all matters related to the Sale of a commercial building situated in the centre of Liverpool . After the heads of terms were agreed both parties were anxious for the sales contract to be completed as fast as possible and Myersons stepped up to the challenge. I was impressed with the efficiency and professionalism. I was grateful for all the advice I received at all times.

    Excellent Service

    We were looking for a legal firm to act on our behalf as part of a property purchase so had reached out to a few firms for quotes. Myerson came back more expensive than others but it was pretty clear from the outset that it would be worth it - the fact that they were very engaged and willing to discuss the transaction and bounce ideas about before they had been instructed showed that we'd get the level of support we needed during the transaction. During the transaction Sarah Cowen - who was our point of contact throughout - was really personable, able to explain everything very simply, and managed the seller's (quite difficult) solicitors without needing to get me involved. It made the whole transaction a lot more simple for us and allowed us to focus on other parts of the transaction. There were legal areas I was not familiar with but fully trusted Sarah to highlight what I needed to review and to take a sensible, pragmatic approach on everything else. Overall, thoroughly impressed and would tell anyone who is in a similar position that we were, to spend a bit more with Myerson and get top class service as a result.

    Land Sale
