Absolutely Brilliant.
This was an area quite new to us, and both Joe & Amad helped and offered advice on every step.
Very greatful for there help and advice.
Along with this Kathryn, Jill & Jo have always been helpful too.
My only upset is that i am yet to meet the team leader Billy. Because of this, I highly recommend that an extra biscuit is provided in my absense as my coats all seem to have dog treats in them and he would have definitely been given one.

Service was brilliant from start to finish

Excellent Service
This is the second time recently that we have used Dawson Radford for conveyancing. Firstly to sell our property and secondly to buy our current home. Both our sale and purchase were difficult with many twists and turns, very unexpected surprises, and unusual problems to solve. Our solicitor Joe Phelan handled everything with great aplomb and went above and beyond to get us over the line on both occasions. Given the additional work needed, the level of service provided and value for money were exeptional. Joe is also very rare in our experience as a solicitor who answers the phone when you call, or rings you straight back once he's available.
I cannot recommend Dawson Radford highly enough and I'm happy to click every single box below. In addition to Joe, every member of the team were friendly, helpful, efficient and a pleasure to deal with.
