Osbornes didn't increase their fee despite needing to negotiate a complcated property sale on our behalf which took twice as long as expected. Simon, Amber and Juliana dealt with our case and were always available and quick to respond to any query.

Very good service for recently completed sale, which went without any hitches at all from Simon and Angela. They were recommended by my estate agent (KFH) and are slightly dearer than the conveyancing bucket shops that exist, but you get what you pay for, and I got a stress free sale. Almost all communication was by email, but they were available on phone when needed.

I have been using the Camden branch of Osbornes for many years and have never had reason to complain. This time however I used their services when I was moving house and must say that they exceeded even the high expectations that I got used to. Their conveyancing was as smooth as can be hoped for and this was an important factor in reducing stress that occurs whenever one moves house.
