I’ve had a bloody nightmare with buying my first ever property. Every possible outside force that could prevent the sale happening, happened. But throughout all of that, Russell & Russell have been there. They are friendly and proactive, very responsive and always kept me updated about progress. Zoe Harryman and her assistant Victoria were superstars (friendly and reassuring beyond words), and lots of people stepped in to help along the way - Jack, Catherine and Claire. Amazing service and team
