Amanda and Claudia were my contact persons. They did their job great. Throughout the process, I was updated on the upcoming steps. House sale
From my first enquiry with Amanda Renshaw, until the completion, I have always felt that the staff have been there to support me. All the staff I met on visits to the office, were courteous and helpful. I had great communication via phone and email to support the progress of the sale. All dealings were clear and transparent and I always knew where I was with the sale. I really appreciated the friendliness of staff as the process was quite stressful - selling my mother’s house whilst settling her in a care home and clearing and cleaning her house. I felt that I could trust Claudia to manage everything on my behalf, so I could get on with the practical things. I would not hesitate to recommend the practice to anyone.
