    Excellent professional and compassionate support throughout my ILR application

    I am very grateful to Diana Baxter for all her help and support with my ILR application. My case was far from straightforward. As a Syrian refugee, my application was affected by the significant changes in Syria in December 2024 and remained pending for almost two years. Throughout this difficult and stressful period, Diana was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and supportive. She always gave me clear advice, communicated with me regularly and, most importantly, was very proactive. When my application was delayed, she took the initiative to chase the Home Office herself rather than simply waiting for a response. Receiving my ILR was incredibly important to me and my family, especially given the difficult circumstances and the number of similar applications that were unfortunately refused. I am truly grateful to Diana for her expertise, persistence and dedication. I cannot thank her enough for everything she did for me, and I would genuinely recommend her to anyone looking for an immigration solicitor.

    I had a complicated visa issue which Diana and team resolved with spot-on advice, clear options and outcomes. Diana is technically excellent and realistic in her advice and achieving outcomes.
