Before joining Hanne & Co Jackie worked with people with drug and alcohol problems, many of them parents. It was this experience that first led her to want to work as a solicitor within family law. She acts for children, their parents and carers and has a breadth of experience acting in cases involving allegations of abuse, emotional harm and neglect. Jackie is regularly instructed by Children’s Guardians, often in situations where children are separately represented in disputes between their parents over such issues as residence and contact and also advises and acts in adoption proceedings.
