What we thought would be a quick process purchasing our house turned out to take a lot longer than we thought due to the sellers.
Tracy Black and Kelly Robson were both supportive and helpful throughout the process.
They made sure we understood all the paperwork and were always happy to answer any questions we had.
They dealt with all enquiries quickly and to our satisfaction.
The communication from them was brilliant.
We spoke to both Tracy and Kelly as we completed and could tell they were both genuinely pleased for us that our purchase had gone through.
We would definitely use MJP Law again.

Fantastic Service and support

Conveyancing for 11 Ashridge Avenue
Tracy Black and Kelly Robson handled our conveyancing very well. We did have an issue with the seller's solicitor, which they dealt with as best they could and as soon as it was resolved quickly expedited the exchange and completion on the same day, which was much appreciated.

Friendly and fast service
We used MJP Law for both our property sale and purchase. The process took over a year due to the chain collapsing and our initial sale/ purchase falling through so it was important to have confidence in our solicitor and Tracy and Kelly at MJP were supportive, transparent, responsive and helpful throughout. When we were eventually able to move, it needed to happen quickly and they went above and beyond to ensure that the sale went through in time. We really appreciated them and would highly recommend them.

Great service from start to finish A*
I chose MJP Law this time as the office was easy to access rather than to rely on mailing documents etc.
From initial contact (on line) to completion both Kelly Robson and Tracy Black have made the process easy to understand and smooth. Kelly has always been happy to explain the process which means it has been much less stressful than I thought.
The Offices I popped in to , both Wimborne and Kinson, were so helpful , friendly and professional it reassured me that my choice of firm was correct.

Professional in all aspects
Tracy and Kelly at MJP have been thoroughly professional and reliable throughout the long and complex process of selling our late parents’ house. The chain became unnecessarily difficult, but the MJP team played a vital role in getting things back on track after each set-back and in bringing matters to a proper conclusion.
