Communication from Leanne has been very clear and emails/calls were responded to in a timely manner. Leanne was very easy to liaise with and gave me clear guidance which was much needed at times. Katie Lane also was involved in my case and again she was very responsive and easy to deal with. I would definately recommend Foort Tayler on my experience.

Flawless service

Sale and Purchase of Properties
Excellent. All the team were professional, but with special thanks to Leanne Smith and Katie Lane, who were both always on hand by email or phone to answer any query raised. Information provided was always fully explained in layman’s terms. The whole process was carried out with extreme efficiency. They made the other solicitors involved in the chain, look very slow and sometimes inaccurate

Excellent conveyancer - a flag bearer for the profession
The buying and selling processes took about 5 months but with only 2 in the chain below and 1 above this was longer than we expected. However, during the whole of the time our excellent conveyancer (Leanne) and her assistant (Katie) were consistent - timely communication (phone and email responses usually with 30 minutes) and efficient (neither qualities that we had expected from Solicitors!). Always professional (and friendly) - indeed a pleasure to deal with. The final invoices for the two transactions were marginally less than the quoted fees - great value for money given the time involved and the constant "chasing" required. We would recommend them.

Recent sale and purchase
Leanne and team (Katie Lane) were fantastic at guiding me through a recent very challenging sale and purchase. The process was prolonged, but Leanne was always available to give sound advice and to offer a listening ear. Leanne is very personable and responsive, and remained calm and professional even when dealing with very challenging counterparties. Thank you!

Moving House
Katie did a great job in carrying out the conveyancing for our sale and purchase. She kept us very well informed throughout the process and responded quickly to our queries and the necessary enquiries from the other lawyers involved. In particular, around exchange of contracts and completion (where it was a very long chain) she helped facilitate the process by moving as quickly as possible in every matter.
