Exceptionally professional conveyancing service
Used PD Law as a first time buyer, they have been so easy and professional to deal with. I was kept informed throughout and didn’t have to chase even once. They were happy to communicate at my preference, which made life a lot easier dealing with emails rather than having to take calls when working. All staff I have dealt with were fantastic. Jennifer Baker in particular was so responsive every time I made contact and nothing too much trouble. Would not hesitate to use PD Law again. Thank you Jennifer!

Sale of the family home
From start to finish the team at PD Law guided us through the process of selling the family home in a pleasant, professional and responsive manner. Excellent Service
Excellent professional, friendly service from start of instruction to completion. Conveyance completed on a property by Jennifer Baker, supported by Jeanette. Despite dealing with such poor legal support on the buyers side that led to unnecessary delays. Jennifer and Jeanette remained extremely supportive ensuring that legally our purchase was successful. We was continuing updated on progress and lack of throughout. Thank you, we know it was not easy.

Smooth conveyancing!
Huge thanks to Jennifer Baker and Jeanette Price who dealt with my sale and purchase. Despite being in a chain, everything went smoothly and efficiently (10 weeks)! Their calls on completion day were welcomed and appreciated. Thanks also to the young man in Reception who always had a smile on his face when I hand delivered documentation.
