Excellent service for house sale
I am delighted with the service I received from PD Law Solicitors for the sale of a property.
The communication was excellent throughout - I was kept informed at all stages and never had to chase for information at any point.

Highly recommended

Excellent solicitors, would highly recommend!
I used PD Law for a house sale. It was a sensitive matter as it was a property with an ex partner involved. I asked PD Law to make sure everything was done separately as I didn’t not want my ex partner to have my current details. They went above and beyond and dealt with it with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
Their communication has been clear and thorough throughout and they were also very good at chasing down my buyers solicitor who was being very slow and needed pushing a lot.
I’m very happy with the service received by PD Law and would absolutely recommend them!

Excellent service
Buying and selling a house can be stressful. However Jennifer made it stress free. She was there with us all the way, keeping us updated and advising accordingly. She completed the move in the timescale we requested which was very much appreciated. I can't recommend PD Law highly enough. Thank you Jennifer and team!!!!

Great service and would highly recommend
Really happy with the service we received when buying our house. Never waited long for a response to any questions I had, we felt supported the whole way through. We were FTB and Jennifer was great in assisting us. No query was too silly and her answers were clear and concise. We felt that PD Law had been very proactive in helping us.

lused PD law for conveyancing while buying a leasehold flat with a mortgage.
They were consistently excellent.
Everyone I spoke was very knowledgeable, I was updated regularly and when issues came up I Was presented all the options along with advantages and disadvantages of each.
Fees were very reasonable in the end and they were always transparent about any extra costs or disbursements.
By choosing PD law you're getting a rare mix of both reassurance there is good legal knowledge behind decisions and excellent customer service.
I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent Service
We recently worked with the conveyancing team at PD Law, specifically Jennifer Baker, when we came to purchase our first home.
We were kept up to date regularly, the team were available to answer any questions we had and it all went through smoothly.
Couldn't recommend PD Law enough if you're looking to move/purchase property.
