Bridging Loan
We recently employed Gauri Joshi of Gibson Young to progress the bridging loan on our property, having seen positive views online. From the beginning, Gauri listened to our situation in a friendly manner and mapped out the appropriate way forward. A rather stressful situation later developed, with over-zealous brokers constantly haranguing for a quick conclusion; Gauri stayed calm and focussed throughout this, concentrated on the matter at hand, and concluded the transaction with the lenders’ solicitors in an appropriate timeframe. Whilst the original fee quotation had to be reconsidered, we feel we had good value for money from our relationship with Gibson Young. We will again appoint Gauri for our imminent sale and purchase. We would recommend Gibson Young to others seeking legal advice or representation.
