Many costly and stressful mistakes made by TSP
TSP acted for me on the sale of a piece of land I owned. Kerry Addison and here team made many errors and mistates, I lost the ownership of my road as Kriti Sherchan told me that it was given to the buyers until I complained, after many months I received my road back. TSP also made mistakes on the Deeds of Covenants on the 3 houses built on the land I sold and did not complete all the original sale as they closed my file even though they had never received the Deed of Covenant for house No3. I complained many times to the COO Sean Stuttaford who was sorting this mess out. I was selling my last piece of land but because of the errors in the Deeds of Covenant drawn up by TSP the buyers and their solicitor were not happy with these errors. I asked Kriti and Sean who drew up these Deeds of Covenant but they both chose to ignore my email request. I further wrote a few weeks later to both Kriti and Sean saying I was disappointed they had not replied to my email request and the errors and mistakes made by TSP on my sale had caused me untold worry and stress, both Kriti and Sean again did not reply to my email, very unprofessional. I am now considering reporting them to the SRA as this is the third time I have had to complain to Sean Stuttaford COO on different issues of unprofessional service with 3 different solicitors at TSP.
