As a key member of the Commercial Property department, Annette handles a wide variety of matters, including: Commercial lease grants Land transactions Commercial property financing Sales and purchases Option agreements Promotion agreements Overage Investment property No matter what a client’s requirements may be or what the wider circumstances involve, Annette always takes a considered, logical approach to solving any issues, helping to deliver results as efficiently as possible. In every case, she is readily approachable and available to respond promptly to any queries she receives. As a part of her role, Annette works closely with Partner and Head of Commercial Property Rachael Spalton. Career Annette studied at the University of Leicester and Nottingham Law School before starting her legal career in 2007, where she has since worked in various roles for a number of firms. Her previous position saw her work for a London firm in both their commercial property and real estate departments. Personal interests Outside of work and in her spare time, Annette enjoys reading, travelling and spending quality time with her family.
