Alastair was very welcoming and put us at ease straight away. He explained everything in terms we could understand and basically made a difficult and scary process much easier for us. The receptionist and Alastair's secretary were also very helpful and pleasant

Richard gave good advice - improving on the already excellent advice of our Wealth Advisor. The supporting and explanatory documents were well crafted, Richard made himself available throughout the process. He was ably and promptly supported by the Longmores Team.

We were really pleased with the service from Longmores solicitors, especially from Uzma and would therefore highly recommend her and the Longmores team. Communication was clear and consistent and we were kept in the loop of progress regarding the sale of our former property and purchase of our current property. Uzma was understanding of personal factors and timeframes which allowed us to progress through the sales effectively. Uzma was diligent and prompt in her approach to gathering information and this was very much appreciated. Longmores were very professional and supportive and we would definitely recommend them.

Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave a review for Jordan. We appreciate the positive feedback and look forward to working with you in the future.
Very disappointed with the complete lack of response from the intake team. I contacted Longmores to request a quote for estate planning (Wills and LPAs) as we wanted to use a local firm. Despite reaching out, I have been met with total silence and no follow-up. While their existing reviews look strong, their initial client onboarding and communication have been incredibly poor in my experience. I will be taking our business elsewhere to a firm that values communication.
Thank you for your feedback, Danai. We are very sorry to hear about your experience. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we apologise that on this occasion we fell short. We are reviewing this internally to ensure it does not happen again, and appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
Handled my matter with real care and plain-speaking advice. Longmores Solicitors were efficient, reassuring, and kept me informed throughout. A proper lifesaver when things felt a bit tangled.
