Using their app was convenient too, as I could easily see a log of what had been done and on what dates, which was very reassuring. Being able to pop into the office to look through documentation was great, as I was able to ask questions then and there, rather than doing everything remotely.

Uzma was patient and professional with the sale of my flat. The co-freeholder was not co-operative with the necessary joint responsibilities we shared, and the buyer and their solicitor were very demanding on small points. Uzma was longsuffering and painstaking in my interests, throughout. However I felt the sale took longer than it needed to.

Longmores Service was very thorough and professional. Communications were frequent and we did not have any trouble making contact at any time during the process. As first time buyers it would have been useful to have received some sort of welcome pack explaining the whole process including what was required at each stage. At times it felt like we were asked to provide documentation etc. with no prior warning which caused stress as we were eager not to hold the process up. We also felt that our views weren't always asked for and instead assumptions were made as to what we may or may not want in relation to the conveyancing process. It would also have been useful to have regular updates during the process, without having to call and chase ourselves. Even if this was weekly it would have been very much appreciated.
