Vicki from the Private Client team is an absolute star. I recently called for a quote on a will and powers of attorney for my husband and myself, and she explained everything quickly and succinctly but still with attention to detail, telling me about extra third party charges that other solicitors I called didn't mention, and was so warm as well. A credit to the company. I emailed her boss telling him how well she did, but haven't heard anything back - I hope she gets the credit and the recognition she deserves, because she is an asset to them.
