Longmore's handling of this matter has been highly satisfactory, and here I must highlight the efforts of Tina Pizzey, whose efforts have gone well above the call of duty. She was confronted by a wall of falsehoods from National Savings & Investments, who would tell her they had transferred my late wife's holdings to my account but it was untrue and I could prove it. Showing great patience with my frustration at the situation, she burrowed away and did eventually speak to someone at NS&I, who was surprisingly frank about the NS&I's procedural shortcomings. Through her huge and tactful efforts, and using this new knowledge, she untangled the situation and (after weeks and months) the NS&I website was at last correctly updated. For all this, Tina Pizzey deserves recognition.

I was extremely impressed with the service received from Longmores. The service was completely in line with terms they set out at the beginiing and timely and prompt throughout. Communication whether email, phone or letter was not only prompt and efficient, but informative and courteous. They were good value for the fees charged and I am happy to recommend them.
