Longmores took on my case when no other Solicitors would, after the initial enquiry phone call. All the staff I had contact with were polite, courteous and helpful. My Solicitor in particular got the job done as fast and efficiently as was possible given the circumstances, and I will not hesitate to use her again if needed. Her Secretary was also very efficient too. Lovely ladies and a credit to Longmores.

Conflict/Dispute Resolution
An unexpected challenge to my late husband’s will left me reeling. I called Longmores as I knew them to be the best lawyers in Hertford. I thought that I would be dealing with the Wills and Probate department but in fact was redirected to Dispute/Conflict Resolution which turned out to be the most appropriate department for my particular case. I was assigned to Lauren MacKenzie as my solicitor. She was perfect for my case, calm, reassuring, professional and highly knowledgeable. Her integrity and ability to quickly grasp and understand the nuances of this complex matter was impressive. She instinctively realised the best way to deal with an adversary suffering from Aspergers which can cause a person to be delusional and irrational. Her intuition coupled with her detailed knowledge of the law was invaluable in bringing this case to a satisfactory conclusion in the most cost effective and timely manner. She was proactive and came up with some excellent factual observations concerning the egregious behaviour by the other side and their failure to carry out sufficient research to bring a successful claim to court. I really appreciated her kindness and understanding throughout the process which could otherwise have become further protracted and even more excruciating and costly than it already was.

Full of knowledge and very friendly
Lauren helped write a great letter for us recently which was very informative and just couldn't have been done without her expertise. She was very approachable and wanted to make sure everything was said and covered. Very thorough.
