Would highly recommend Barcan and Kirby for purchasing and selling a property. I have used them several times before and recently. Farah and Catherine were both helpful, supportive and efficient they kept my sale going through smoothly and are local for collecting and dropping off forms or signing documents. Will use them again in the future. I have also used Barcan and Kirby for my will and divorce and will use them again in the future.

Catherine and Farah are excellent at what they do, this is the second time we've used them, ask for them personally, and always will. Even when faced with managing very difficult buyers/sellers they remained professional, tenacious and are honestly are the only reason our entire chain was kept on schedule.
