we needed to remake our wills and after some research decided to use Barcan+ Kirby. We were not disappointed. initial email were responded to quickly, in a very positive way. A meeting details as agreed and the basic of our will was agreed, Explanation and information were very clear as all times. The draft was issued shortly after with an attached commentary which provided extra clarity.

The interview was conducted in a very friendly manner and the options open to us were explained clearly. Our enquiry was concerning the legal position relating to my mothers death and how we should deal with acquiring probate consent. Would highly recommend Barcan and Kirby for purchasing and selling a property. I have used them several times before and recently. Farah and Catherine were both helpful, supportive and efficient they kept my sale going through smoothly and are local for collecting and dropping off forms or signing documents. Will use them again in the future. I have also used Barcan and Kirby for my will and divorce and will use them again in the future.
