Abi and her team acted for us on a recent sale and purchase and they acted swiftly, very professionally and although I had lower quotes, they were well worth their fee. They were approachable and always available via phone and email. They made an always stressful process far easier

Had conveyancing practice deal with the purchase of a new home for me 4 years ago, & I’m still being told by lenders that part of the property doesn’t belong to me!!

Hi Elaine, as discussed with Kim, all relevant documents outlining your ownership of the property have been shared with you. During your recent phone conversation with her, you confirmed you are uncertain about which of part the property is not owned. Unfortunately, this means there isn’t any further assistance we’re able to provide at this stage.

My wife and I were recommended Ms Stainton a few years back when we were buying our first property together. Sally Stainton was excellent then and really went through every detail with a fine toothed comb. She put up with weeks of back and forth with some difficult conveyancing service, on the other side, that would not provide the answers to questions raised during the process. Sally kept her cool and did not let up until all questions were answered and we were satisfied with the answers. When it came to buying another property, I did not hesitate to call Sally again. This time Ms Stainton had moved to a new firm Barcan+Kirby. I was not aware of any previous reputation of Barcan+Kirby but would always put my trust in Ms Stainton, no matter where she worked. I had the pleasure of not just Sally handling the purchase this time. The Barcan+Kirby team of Ms Stainton, Ms Artess, Ms Gough and not forgetting Ms Mann all worked diligently on the new house purchase. All my silly questions and worries were addressed in a timely manner. I never felt rushed or pressured in any aspect by the Barcan+Kirby team. Even though the house price was not very expensive the Barcan+Kirby team made me feel like a valued client. I would thoroughly recommend the Barcan+Kirby team and if they hired Ms Stainton, it must be a quality firm.
