After a bit of a rocky start with B+K, Victoria S stepped in and did a fantastic job of getting our house sale and purchase over the line. Victoria was helpful, professional and responsive, especially in guiding us through a couple of difficulties. Had Victoria picked up our case from the outset, the rating would be 5*.

Incredible service
Vicky was incredible throughout the process of us buying our first home. Emails were replied to within hours and Vicky stayed in touch with us throughout the whole process. Her knowledge is vast and communication impeccable. Would definitely recommend Barcan and Kirby- took the stress out of buying our first new home!

100% Satisfied customer
As a first time buyer, the process seemed very daunting, but B&K completely removed any doubts or fears about the process. Victoria was excellent - always quick to respond, very transparent in keeping me up to date with everything; she was also relentless in chasing my seller's very non-responsive legal team. I was apprehensive after the horror stories I'd heard about solicitors holding up the house-buying process: but so pleased to have stumbled across a firm that overturns that stereotype. Very happy in my new home, thanks B&K!
