I'd already posted a 5 Star review for Kim Pratt and Abigail Bratchel regarding their excellent handling of a bungalow sale for an elderly relative via POA. However, a last minute health item created a few last-minute issues for our chain. These were handled very promptly and efficiently by Kim and Abigail on our behalf. Excellent service - Thank You. I received excellent communication throughout the selling process of my property from both Kim Pratt and Abigail Bratchel. I was kept up to date regularly and all paperwork was made available to sign in plenty of time to prevent any hold ups and to ensure there were no delays on our part. The whole process ran smoothly and completion happened on the date agreed. I would thoroughly recommend Kim and Abigail for their conveyancing service and thank them for all their hard work and the excellent service they provided.

Kim Pratt and Abigail Bratchel oversaw my house purchase. They did a really excellent job: they were efficient and communicative and worked to our preferred completion and exchange dates. I've also recommended them to others!

We had an excellent experience with Barcan+Kirby Solicitors. We have recently completed the sale of my mother's house following her demise, and the process was made easy by the efficient and straightforward style of the Conveyance team at the Kingswood branch of Barcan&Kirby. We had been recommended their service, and we were not disappointed. The timely communication that we received from Kim Pratt and Abigail Bratchell was always concise, clear and easy to follow, and their due diligence throughout the process - particularly the search phase - gave me confidence that the sale would be completed successfully, and this was indeed the case. I would recommend Barcan & Kirby Conveyance team without reservation and will certainly use their services again in the future.
