I received excellent communication throughout the selling process of my property from both Kim Pratt and Abigail Bratchel. I was kept up to date regularly and all paperwork was made available to sign in plenty of time to prevent any hold ups and to ensure there were no delays on our part. The whole process ran smoothly and completion happened on the date agreed. I would thoroughly recommend Kim and Abigail for their conveyancing service and thank them for all their hard work and the excellent service they provided.

Kim & Victoria dealt with both my complex flat sale and they subsequently dealt with mt (numerous) attempts to purchase my next property. they were incredibly kind & understanding after withdrawing from 3 separate houses and finally helped me daily to complete in less than 12 weeks (quite challenging in current circumstances) thank you both for all of your help and hard work.

I had a lot of concerns about engaging with the relevant services for a house purchase - estate agents, mortgage advisors and solicitors etc., no one ever seems to have a good experience. Barcan+Kirby however proved that's not always true as their handling of our case was excellent. Kim Pratt and all the staff we dealt with were knowledgeable, clear, efficient and kind and I can't recommend them highly enough. I was dreading the process but it couldn't have been easier, thank you.

Everyone we dealt with at B+K was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. From our referral through Lucy Rose, to liaising with Kim, but also Abigail, Christina, Victoria , Jon and Caron - everything was smooth and reassuring. Disappointed with the service, Lost confidence when the wrong purchase price was put on the paperwork.Obviously no proof reading of docs before they were sent out. Numerous other mistakes made. At times it felt like the blind leading the blind. Sadly, very unprofessional.
