We recently completed on our first property, using Barcan + Kirby as our conveyancers. They were incredible every step of the journey, replied to all our queries quickly and made sure to push the process along smoothly - especially while dealing with some very slow "online-only" solicitors on our seller's end!
We wouldn't hesitate to use B+K again and have truly seen the value in finding a reliable, local solicitors firm. Thank you especially to Laura and Robyn for getting us onto the property ladder - we couldn't be happier!

We were very happy with the service provided overall and in particular the fact that they obliged in keeping our right to buy case open for another year as we were unable to proceed initially and had to wait 12 months. This was above our expectations.

I would use B&K again. The lead lawyer clearly knows her job. However the transaction took longer than it perhaps should. There were delays for holidays which I only found out when chasing on progress and the use of out of office emails as a way to manage transactions, rather than have them rerouted to colleagues in the office, which is a basic email function did seem to delay the process. Delays exacerbated by the other sides lawyer behaving unprofessionally such that he had to be replaced to deliver completion.

Robyn was really excellent in dealing with a number of fall throughs, and was always quick to pick it up again and press the other side into action. From my side it was all handled very well and communications were immediate each time. I was very pleased.
