This review has taken much time to consider due to the profound effect Charlotte Wait has had on my life. Charlotte is an exceptional solicitor. Family law processes begin by divulging the most intimate, private and painful experiences you've ever faced, to a complete stranger. Charlotte was my stranger. The evolution from stranger to solid rock, will forever astound me. Charlotte gave me hope when I felt h.opeless, power when I felt powerless and validation that provided me with the fuel I needed to keep moving forward for justice. Charlotte believed in me, particularly at the times, when I couldn't. Despite my emotive review, Charlotte has incredible professionalism, honesty, clarity, excellent family law expertise and all the extensive legal knowledge required, needed and wanted. Charlotte kept me informed and ensured I had full knowledge and understanding of every legal stage and process. Charlotte possesses the kind of demeanour that every client needs. Passion, diligence, unwavering support and motivation. I am so very very lucky to have been held in her safe capable hands. I will never be able to effectively articulate just what an incredible solicitor Charlotte Wait is. Nor how she helped me and changed my life, at my most vulnerable time. Nothing I say or write, can ever truly depict the formidable force she is. Thank you Charlotte for helping me find my way back home... to me, but most importantly for ensuring my family were able to get the safety and protection they needed and deserved. Charlotte and her firm have been amazing throughout my incredibly stressful divorce and extra complications. Not only was she professional and extremely knowledgeable, she was always available and approachable. I cannot emphasise enough how important these factors were in getting through one of the worst experiences in my life at the sand time as helping me achieve a brilliant outcome. I hope I never have to use a solicitor again...but if I do, I'll be ringing Barcan & Kirby and asking for Charlotte!

I contacted the team in very short notice to my hearing, we had a week then because I was applying for legal aid, getting my dv letter took a whole, so came down to 24hours to get the ball rolling properly, my solicitor was Charlotte, she is so friendly and reassured me all the way through the process and done an absoulty awesome job of organising everything within the 24hrs, they did amazingly well with the little bit of time they had, always kept me updated and communicated very clearly and sufficient, had fast replies to any questions or worries I had. Really friendly approach, made me feel at ease and comfortable. I really can not recommend this team enough, absoutly amazing, they helped me get the best outcome for me and my children, so we are all happy and safe 😁 If I ever need to go to court again, I wouldn't hesitate getting back in contacted as I know I'm in safe hands and they make sure you get the best possible outcome. Thank you so much for supporting me and my family 😊
