We had a very positive experience from Suzanne and Virginia. We appreciated their friendly, professional approach and they made us feel completely at ease. We had a really positive experience with Barcan + Kirby for our will writing. All staff are friendly, professional and welcoming, which immediately put us at ease. The whole process felt relaxed and straightforward, without any of the stuffiness or formality you might normally associate with something like writing a will. Everything was explained clearly and in a way that was easy to understand, without plenty of opportunity to ask questions. The staff were knowledgeable and professional, but also approachable and down to earth. Overall, a really comfortable and reassuring experience.
