We were selling a flat that we have owned for a number of years and knew it would take some time due to having to navigate the changes in ground rent. As part of the sale we needed negotiate a deed of variation with the land lord. Sally expertise and guidance in the area were critical in getting us to the finish line. I can not speak highly enough of the service she provided to us and the effort in navigating some challenging stakeholders. Absolutely excellent experience with Sally and her assistant Betty throughout our flat purchase. Even though we weren’t first-time buyers, there were still plenty of moving parts, and they handled everything with real professionalism and calm efficiency. Sally was consistently thorough and reassuring at every stage, making sure nothing was missed and explaining things clearly when things got a bit technical. Betty was also fantastic — always quick to respond, on top of updates, and incredibly helpful whenever we had questions. What really stood out was how smooth the whole process felt in their hands. Communication was clear, things moved promptly, and we always felt properly looked after rather than left chasing updates (which, let’s be honest, is the horror story you hear about conveyancing). We’re genuinely grateful for their support and would highly recommend them to anyone going through a property purchase.

The estate agent dealing with our purchase said it was refreshing to work with a solicitor who was so proactive. Transparent on pricing and charged less than estimated both times.
