Barcan+Kirby have helped me through a very difficult period extremely well. Kirsten Hale has been an oasis of calm and commonsense throughout. She stepped in at short notice to replace a colleague who was ill and has been a wonderful tower of strength. I would highly recommend her services.

Awful
I used Barcan & Kirby to support in divorce proceedings. During a difficult time they made things worse. I spent thousands of pounds dealing to get absolutely now where. Throughout the process was passed to 6 different solicitors, they need constant chasing after making promises they didn’t commit too.

See exact sheet supplied (this reads) I instructed Kirsten Hale of Barca+Kirby to act on my behalf in my divorce. The whole divorce process is very stressful as it involves a major change in your life. settling the finances it all becomes quite difficult. There were many occasions where i needed to contact kirsten by phone or email just for reassurance and there was always a reply which was reassuring with an accurate view of the situation. I was never put in a position of feeling i did not know what was happening or what the end result was likely to be. Things inevitability take longer than you hope but in the end a satisfactory and fair settlement was achieved. I would have no hesitation in recommending Kirsten to act for anyone in a divorce situation.
