I was really impressed with Naomi, Shannon and Katrina especially with their promptness and they seemed to work really well as a team. I felt there was never a stupid question. They really pulled out the stops to complete my purchase to a timescale and it only took 3 weeks from viewing the property to completion.

From our very first interaction the New-Build Team at Barcan + Kirby made buying our first home feel simple rather than daunting. Abi, Shannon and Katrina were unfailingly calm and courteous, even when we rang yet again with another question. Their efficiency was remarkable: little more than a month passed between our initial enquiry and completion, beating a tough deadline. As first-time buyers the entire conveyancing world was unfamiliar to us, but they guided us through every stage with speed, patience and professionalism. We can’t thank them enough.

I was very happy with my choice to use Barcan+Kirby with the purchase of my shared ownership home. I was mostly helped by Shannon, who is super responsive, knowledgeable and generally pleasant to work with. Asking around for recommendations beforehand, I couldn't find anyone with a positive conveyancing experience, so I feel really lucky to have found B+K.
