I engaged Barcan+Kirby to produce a Deed to replace an aged trustee (of a trust fund) who has dementia by another.
Their process and documentation (letters, the deed) were very clear, providing helpful guidance. Questions were always responded to efficiently.
I popped into their central office several times to drop of signed documents and their staff there were very helpful, friendly and efficient. (They particularly enjoyed in when I had my dog with me one day - with various staff coming to pet her).
The work took longer than I had imagined, which was over 3 months from my initial email confirming wish to engage. The early stage, in particular, progressed slowly, however this was over the summer holiday season, with holiday being taken, and there was a delay on my side in obtaining an evidentiary letter. Latterly things progressed more quickly.
Overall, I was pleased with the Deed that was produced, and I would certainly use Barcan+Kirby again.
