Prompt action at all points, but so many careless errors such as an incorrect name on a legal document for signing...

Sluggish response
A little disappointed with Banner Jones performance. I purchased the service as part of an all inclusive sale with Redbrik estate agents - I was assured that Banner Jones had a team dedicated to Redbrik customers however they didn't seem to have a great deal of communication between them. Response from Banner Jones were sluggish and sporadic and finally on completion date, there were demands for information that could have been request weeks or months earlier.
