Unfortunately not positive as I arranged a meeting booked and paid. I was informed compliance will double check if they can represent me but heard nothing back for a week and a half, less than 24 hours before meeting and they notified me they can't represent me. Also wouldn't give the reasoning of why and why it took so long. They did refund the money but due to taking so long I didn't feel support or cared for.
We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. Unfortunately, there are occasions where, following the checks we are professionally required to undertake, we are unable to act for a prospective client. We appreciate that this can be disappointing, particularly where a decision takes longer than anticipated, and we apologise for any frustration or inconvenience caused.
Solid service all the way through, for both the sale of property and completion on a new one. Friendly and helpful. Recommend.

Absolutely brilliant front start to finish...prices was just so cheap and the service was spot on..Samuel Robinson and the Property team was Absolutely top notch...I had them sort my Help to buy equity loan ...they had it wrapped up in weeks!!! Just had another qoute for my house purchase...and once again they smashed the prices..I cannot simply recommend this firm enough...Thank you so much for stress free handling...brilliant

Banner jones is easily the best solicitors I have ever worked with. Especially Samuel Robinson, nothing has been too much trouble for him, even when I have rang with a million questions. From putting in the offer on a house to completion was only around 11 weeks and the process was so easy. If we got stuck on anything all we had to do was call and Samuel talked us through it until we understood. He was very respectful and kind that I had no worries telling him if I didn’t understand something, considering I have never done any of this before so was a complete novice, I think he got me through it pretty well !! So if you want a good value, hard working, honest and reliable conveyancing team, I would highly recommend giving Samuel a call. He will go above and beyond for you and get things done as quick as he can for you. Thanks again Samuel and your team it was a pleasure working with you guys.
