Very easy to use, their online system was straightforward, it kept is up to date. We bought a house in 2025 and it took a few months (as expected) and bannerjones were easy to contact when needed. We had a previous solicitor unable to complete the purchase and were recommended bannerjones by our estate agent. Reasonable price compared to others, and they got the job done. Friendly and helpful staff. I have issues with the house buying process but that’s an issue with the game and not the players. I would recommend bannerjones if you need a solicitor, and I would use them again if I ever need to. Thank you!

After attempting to purchase a house, Banner Jones were incredible. Lucy Pearson and her team were always available, very proactive and kept me in the loop at all times. They always had my best interests and checking what was right for me. There was never any pressure to do anything, even when I decided to pull out of the house purchase, they were very understanding and supportive. There is no doubt that when I find the right house, I will contact and instruct Banner Jones again in a heartbeat.
