Chloe & Emily were very helpful, approachable and professional.
The worry I had was when told monies from the sale would go into our a/c on the Friday but didn't go in until Monday. We were worrying all weekend as to where the money had gone - this need to be sorted earlier in the day and not at the end of a working day so problems can be sorted.

Hard work but we got there!
We found our house move incredibly frustrating due to two aborted sales and our third time lucky was hard work. However Natalie and her team, were very good in keeping us updated and aware of what was occurring. The buyers-buyers solicitors were far from helpful so this made any information we obtained, hard to come by. Thank you for working on our behalf.

AVOID. They never called me back, they lost my documents. They promised to review my situation every 5 years but they didn't . Then when I contacted them, they wanted to charge me for updating my will....

Shocking service. My buyers were using this Solicitor and 13 weeks in and a few days before Christmas emailed the estate agent and Buyer to say they were no longer working on their behalf. This whole time they were not responding to chases from my solicitor or who they were acting on behalf of. The whole thing was going through compliance for weeks. No Problems were flagged at the beginning yet 13 weeks in and so close to Christmas they decide to no longer act. Appalling service!
