Zena Parker

Private Client Executive

Accepting new clients via ReviewSolicitors

Zena joined Banner Jones as Private Client Executive in the Mansfield office in August 2025. Having worked in Private Client law since 2000, she specialises in Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney but also enjoys the Probate aspect of the role. She helps clients to make plans for their future and for their family’s future by assisting them with their estate planning needs. Working with them to find solutions for any concerns they may have with the eventual distribution of their estates, whether this be because of a blended family and a wish to preserve/protect inheritance or whether they have any vulnerable beneficiaries who may not be able to inherit out right (e.g. because of entitlement to state benefits or simply because they would not be able to manage their own financial affairs). Zena is very approachable and likes to build a lasting relationship with clients. Zena says “Helping to build client trust in what we offer is important and ensuring that if they do have any concerns, they feel comfortable contacting us to put their minds at rest”. Qualifications Zena became a member of the Society of Will Writers in 2005 and then a member of the Institute of Professional Will Writers in 2008. She is qualified to Associate level of STEP (STEP is a global professional body, with more than 22,000 members comprising lawyers, accountants, trustees and other practitioners that help families plan for their futures) and continues to study to become full TEP which will make her an internationally recognised expert in her field, with proven qualifications and experience.

My Will was recently updated by Zena Parker at Banner Jones Solicitors. She very quickly put me at ease with her approachable and friendly manner. It was dealt with in an outstanding, professional, and knowledgeable way, and I was impressed by the speed in which Zena sorted it out for me. First class service from Banner Jones, Mansfield.
