    A very efficient team

    Recent house sale and purchase both dealt with by the Dronfield team. They were extremely efficient and responded quickly to any queries we had and issues to be resolved with our buyers. The only criticism (not of any of the team) was that we were unable to see or talk to the team in person as the office was shut throughout the whole process (March to July) awaiting refurbishment. This meant having to wait for responses to emails or phone messages rather than speaking directly to one of the team.

    Excellent Service

    I bought my property through the Council Right To Buy scheme which was painful and subject to long delays. Holly's team were professional, supportive and very timely in their responses and were able to sort out all the issues. I would highly recommend them to anyone buying a home.

    Can't thank Holly and the team enough for their work and support throughout the conveyancing process. It's supposed to be one of the most stressful things in life, but Holly helped everything go through smoothly; lots of communication, quick responses, patient explanation and options, despite the house purchase being completed a week before Christmas, and there being a few issues with other parties in the chain. Thanks again to everyone at Banner Jones - would highly recommend their services!
