I decided to use Banner Jones as Amy in new business was pleasant to deal with whilst giving me a quote. Unfortunately the first person I dealt with was let go from the firm so there was a lot of doubling up of initial paperwork! My dealings with the firm were April on reception along with Caitlin (sorry if I’ve spelt her name incorrectly) both were supportive when I called the office both by telephone or in person. Emilie in C Bradley’s team was exceptional - always up to date with my file and could answer my many questions and believe me I had loads at various times even though I have experience of doing conveyancing both here and in Aus. I withdrew from a purchase owing to an unsatisfactory survey. My purchasers were happy to wait. My purchasers solicitors went very quiet for nearly 2 months so much so I expected them to withdraw from the purchase. I found a property and from start to finish it took 6 weeks to finalise all thanks to Emilie keeping on top of my file. Emilie is a credit to Banner Jones. She has a warm and friendly manner and no matter how busy she was Emilie took time to let me know what was happening.

Absolutely amazing experience, especially as first time buyers! I dealt with Emilie and Cheryl and they have been incredible. I was updated every step of the process of buying my first house and nothing was ever trouble. Any questions they was quick to answer and reassure me of which stage of the buying I was at. Very pleased and would recommend Banner Jones to anybody unsure where to start or who to chose. You will not be let down! Will be using these in the future. They always answered the phone and got back to you when they said they would, and kept me informed and updated. They were very professional how they dealt with everything. They did their very best under difficult circumstances to make sure that my sale and purchase went through before the stamp duty change, which I am so grateful for.
