    An easy and simple experience with Banner Jones I used their services for an work place issue and grievance settlement advice.     Property Ownership Dispute

    An ongoing property dispute had lead to frustration and an absence in any real progress in respect to resolution of a property over a period of many years. Lee and the team helped me to find solid grounds and evidence to support a very strong legal challenge. This was set to lead us to a court; the documented evidence and circumstantial information pieced together within the legal framework by Lee changed the whole approach of the opposing party who very begrudgingly came to a settlement position.     Excellent service

    Prompt appointment face to face, catered for wheelchair access, kept fully up to date throughout, advised of fees throughout the process so no unexpected surprises. We felt listened to and that everything was done in my mum’s best interests. The end result was a reassuring resolution to our issue.

    Absolutely amazing !

    We contacted banner jones to sort out a transfer of equity for my husband and his former partner. The solicitor we used was Lee Foster and I can honestly say he was fantastic !! The other side’s solicitor was throwing all sorts at us, and even tried to say we weren’t entitled to anything because of this that and the other and Lee ripped holes into everything they were saying. He kept us up to date with everything and he took the stress and worry of it all away from us. Everyone at the office was very friendly and down to earth and nothing was ever any trouble. Lee absolutely knows his stuff and gives 1000% to his clients and he got us a substantial pay out that we thought my husband wasn’t even entitled to. I would never use another solicitor’s firm other than Lee at Banner Jones if the situation arises. I can’t thank him enough for all him and his team have done.
