Bringing over 16 years' experience in Law, Tina joined our Wills Team in Chesterfield in April 2025, stepping into the role of Senior Will Writer and leading our Will Writing Team. Tina holds the STEP Advanced Certificate in Will Preparation and is actively working towards the full STEP Diploma to achieve Trusts & Estates Practitioner status. With a wealth of knowledge, she specialises in drafting all types of Wills, tailored to each client’s unique circumstances. Tina also provides Estate Planning advice, ensuring individuals and families have the necessary tools to secure their financial futures. She is also highly experienced in advising on and preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney, helping clients safeguard their interests for the long term. With extensive experience in estate administration, Court of Protection and acting as a professional attorney, Tina is well-equipped to guide clients through the process with professionalism and care.
