    It's been a real pleasure dealing with Laura on the purchase of my property. Laura provided me with clear communication throughout the transaction. Given I had no experience in this area and everything was new to me, Laura made sure that some of the more complex legal terms were explained to me, so that I understood what was happening at each stage and the legal risks involved. I am confident that Laura was always acting in my best interests. Even at a time when I was feeling pressure from the vendor, Laura listened to my views and came up with practical solutions to solve these issues. I never had to chase Laura and her colleagues for updates which is something I know my friends struggled with using other law firms. Laura was proactive and efficient, and made sure I was prepared in advance at each stage of the transaction. At times when I felt stressed and overwhelmed with work or personal matters, Laura was there to ensure the transaction was progressing smoothly without adding to the pressure I was already feeling. I would have no hesitation in recommending Laura or Banner Jones Solicitors for legal assistance.

    Flat Sale

    We asked Laura Barlow to act for us in selling our flat, she was excellent. She was very professional and dealt with all matters efficiently. We would definitely ask Laura to act for us again if we had a property to buy or sell.
