Will, LPA and Trust
Lisa was knowledgeable, professional and patient. She explained everything as we went along so that I understood what I was signing and why. She was always available if I has a question and always got back to me if I had to leave a message. I would recommend her happily to anyone.

The whole process was handled professionally , but in a friendly manner.

Lisa Ellis supported to update my Will as there had been a number of changes I wished to make. She was very professional, supportive, extremely thoughtful and caring, guiding me with any questions that I had, ensuring the amendments met my wishes.
This was all done very quickly which was greatly appreciated due to my personal circumstances. She has gone out of her way to help, which has been truly appreciated. A pleasure to work with.

Updating my Wil
As we all know one has to update ones Will as soon as a major occurrence has happened, ie. Death in my case. I was advised to put a letter with my Will, explaining where my money has gone, which I had not thought about. Good move I think.
