My wife suffered from severe lymphedema which left her with life changing disability and painful legs following extravasation of contrast media which was injected into her arm by inexperience female radiographer at Birmingham Orthopaedic Hospital. When she complained to the hospital CEO they could only apologise and denied any compensation for her injuries. We contacted Dianna Bamforth at Arden Law who took my wife case on board. From the first contact with Dianna we felt relieved to have her as our legal representative. Dianna is the most pleasant friendly and caring person coupled with extensive experience in law procedures. She constantly kept in touch with us all the time and even consulted an injury expert who declared the case was a borderline. My wife needed to prove that the harm which was done to her was caused by the hospital negligence which required further investigations over three years period! At the end my wife decided to drop the case in order to end the ongoing stress she was constantly experiencing . Dianna was so sympathetic with my wife and agreed to close the file as requested. In all it was delightful to know Dianna who made a lasting impact on our lives.
