Georgia, who qualified as a solicitor in 2019, is supervised by Fiona Ashworth. She joined the TSP Wills and Estates team in December 2020. Based in our Colchester office Georgia advises clients on a range of private client matters including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate, Court of Protection, Trusts, Declarations of Trust and transfers of property. Georgia, who is local to the area, studied for her GCSE’s in Spain but returned to the UK to study for her law qualifications. She completed her Law Degree at Anglia Ruskin University before completing her Legal Practice Course at BPP University. Prior to qualifying as a solicitor Georgia worked as a Paralegal on a broad range of private client and dispute resolution matters. She says “I am a family orientated person and that is why I enjoy this area of work. People usually come to me to talk about upsetting situations and I do my best to deal with this by coming up with a positive solution that meets their requirements.” Georgia is fluent in Spanish and in her spare time she enjoys cycling, running, swimming and is currently raising money for Sarcoidosis UK a charity close to home.
