I recently decided to leave my company to take early retirement. As such, I agreed with my HR Director a settlement agreement which would facilitate my exit in a mutually beneficial way. This was highly confidential and backed up with a very ‘wordy’ document from our legal department. At that stage I realised that I needed an employment lawyer, which was a move also strongly encouraged by my company. I went with Thomas Mansfield solicitors and our lawyer; Julie Goodway was extremely efficient, professional, and hard working. The whole process was very smooth and timely, and concluded without any issues. Julie is super smart and good at her job, whilst at the same time being very warm, friendly and helpful. Whatever your legal needs, big or small, she will walk you through the process, offering proper and ‘real’ advice, and always working in your best interest. Moreover, Julie ensures that your time is maximised and that her fee is realistic and manageable. I was advised by Julie Goodway on an employment related matter.
