Spouse Visa 2024
I had a great experience with Jan Solicitors. From the first phone call we had with Jan, we were reassured that our application was in safe hands. Jan had patience and time for us during the whole application process. She had one initial call with me and then another one with me and my husband before we decided to take her as our lawyer. She walked us through the whole process and gave us all the guidance we needed, whilst answering about a million questions from me! We were able to get the outcome we wanted and my husband is now in the UK. She was great and we’re glad we chose her as our immigration lawyer.

EEA FAMILY VISA APPEAL
Somewhere in September 2023, I advertised in Barks for a solicitor's assistance in migration issue with home office. The case in question has been rejected for the second time.
It was Jan who responded to advert first. After speaking to other people l quickly realised that she was different in terms honesty, passion and ethics towards me. I am happy l gave her my trust to handle my case. On the 4th of September 2024, the home office issued the clearance, thanks to Jan.

Great Support and knowledgeable
