Making wills and selling property: 1) For many years we have had excellent service from Max Wright of Rix & Kay. He helped us revise our wills, make Enduring Powers of Attorney, and put all of our affairs in order. Max was always courteous, polite and friendly, which made us feel totally supported in this area, which can lead one as a non-expert to feel inadequate and anxious. Max's quiet and confident guidance helped allay any such fears. 2) Angela Arnold of Rix & Kay was recommended by the estate agent handling our property when it became necessary for us to sell it due to relocation to New Zealand. Angela was straightforward, and helpful in guiding us through the paperwork. when things became stressful due to bad behaviour on the part of the vendor, trying to control the timeframe, Angela was always available on the telephone, late at night or early in the morning to deal with the time difference, to reassure us that she had everything under control and that it would all come right in the end. Max Wright and Angela Arnold are not only highly professional, but personally very supportive. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
