Born and brought up in Perth, Emma went on to obtain an Honours Degree in Law from the University of Aberdeen, followed by the Diploma in Legal Practice. She joined Miller Hendry in 1998 after completing her legal training. After a move to Jersey in 2001 working as an Associate Solicitor with Voisin & Co, a leading offshore legal firm, Emma returned to Miller Hendry’s Commercial Department in 2005.
