We saw Abbi to write our wills. We had an idea of what we wanted but Abbi explained and advised us of the best way forward. Email communication kept us up to date with where we were at and booked an appointment for the signing quickly. At this point we realised there was something we wanted to change and Abbi was willing to make the changes while we waited so the signing could go ahead. Abbi made what we perceived as an onerous task, simple, straight forward and a suprisingly enjoyable experience. Abbi was friendly and proffessional through out all our meetings with her. No question we asked felt inappropriate or to small to receive an answer. We were made to feel that we were the focus of the whole process and came away with much satisfaction with the process and confident that choosing abbi was right for us.
